Product Care & Help Guide

Bathroom furniture and illuminated smart fixtures operate in humid, steamy environments. Proper care preserves their waterproof seals, LED electronics, and cabinet finishes. Please review our practical maintenance guidelines below:

1. LED Illuminated & Anti-Fog Mirrors

  • Cleaning Glass: Spray a mild glass cleaner onto a soft microfibre cloth rather than spraying directly onto the glass surface. This prevents liquid from seeping into internal edge electronics or demister pads.
  • Ventilation: Always run your extractor fan during and after showers to help dispel excess ambient humidity and protect mirror electrical components.
  • Shaver Sockets: Ensure built-in 2-pin shaver sockets remain dry and free from standing water droplets before plugging in electric shavers or toothbrushes.

2. Vanity Units & Wooden Cabinets

  • Moisture Management: Although constructed with moisture-resistant MDF or engineered timbers, standing water should never be left to pool on cabinet tops or around basin seals. Wipe down countertop splashes promptly with a dry towel.
  • Cleaning Finishes: Clean lacquered or melamine surfaces using warm water and a neutral dishwashing liquid. Avoid abrasive scouring pads, bleach, or solvent-based chemical cleaners.

3. Stainless Steel Shower Niches

  • Limescale Prevention: In hard-water areas, wipe brushed or matte black stainless steel niches with a soft cloth once a week to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Drainage Check: Ensure the built-in drainage slope remains free from shampoo residue to allow natural runoff.
