At The Bathroom Co, we recognize that bathroom furniture, illuminated mirrors, and glass cabinets require careful handling during transport. We partner with specialized UK freight and parcel carriers to bring your goods safely to your door.

1. Delivery Fees & Nationwide Coverage

• Delivery Charge: 100% Free Tracked Delivery on all orders. We never charge additional handling fees, fragile-packing surcharges, or remote postal supplements.
• Delivery Territory: We deliver to all destinations across the entire United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore regions).

2. Order Processing, Cut-Off & Transit Timelines

• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT / London Time; BST during daylight saving hours). Orders submitted after 2:00 PM will commence depot handling on the following business morning.
• Handling & Packaging Period: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Furniture units and mirrors undergo structural integrity checks, receive reinforced corner padding, and are booked for collection.
• Courier Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) for all UK destinations.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days from your order confirmation date.

3. Weekend & UK Bank Holiday Clause

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays (Bank Holidays) are not classified as operational working days. Orders confirmed during weekends or statutory national holidays will begin processing on the following working business day, with transit schedules adjusting accordingly.

4. Consignment Tracking

The moment your bathroom furniture consignment leaves our dispatch facility, our system automatically emails you a dispatch notice containing your active parcel tracking link.
