Orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT) require 1–2 business days for careful packaging and transit booking, followed by 4–7 business days of courier transit. Your total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

What if a vanity unit or mirror doesn't fit my bathroom dimensions?

We offer a straightforward 30-day return window. Every order includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the box. As long as the item is brand-new, uninstalled, and in its original retail carton with all fittings, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.

Are there any restocking or return carriage deductions?

None at all. We do not charge restocking fees, and return shipping is 100% free when using the enclosed prepaid label.

When will my refund be completed?

Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes quality inspection, your refund is processed within 3 working business days back to your original Visa or Mastercard account.
